Connect Stripe to Studio
- Sign in using the Google account that owns your flows.
- Connect Stripe in the app settings. Begin with a restricted test key.
- Install the pilot add-on using the deployment supplied by Sitetrail.
- In Studio, create a flow and choose Payment succeeded from this add-on.
- Select your connected Stripe account and test mode.
- Add Google’s Sheet row and Chat message steps. Map event ID, payment ID, customer, amount, currency and date.
- Turn on the flow, then complete a test payment in Stripe.
- Check delivery status here and the flow’s Activity tab in Studio.
Invoice and payment-link actions
Every action needs a request reference. Use a stable unique ID from the source event or Sheet row. Reuse the reference when retrying the same action; use a different reference for each separate invoice or payment link.
Invoice line items use JSON with description, unitAmount in Stripe minor units, and quantity. Example:
[{"description":"Consultation","unitAmount":15000,"quantity":1}]Due dates use YYYY-MM-DD and are interpreted at the end of that date in UTC. The pilot creates manual-payment invoices and does not charge a stored card automatically.
Pauses and retries
Pending event payloads are retained for seven days. Review event age before selecting Retry. A retry can run the flow’s configured actions.
The connector’s own operational emails are sent through Cloudflare only when action is required. Native Gmail steps send whatever emails the flow owner explicitly configures.
